Sailflags Care Page

Look after your Sailflags products and they will look after you!

Our products are designed to attract customers to your business,
so it’s important to keep them safe from harm and in good condition.

Sailflags | Feather Flags | Teardrop Flags
Watch the assembly video before trying to assemble the product – it will only take a minute and it will save you a great deal of time

Give the flag space – don’t leave it close to obstructions like walls, gate posts, fences and hedges or where people are likely to bump into or drive over them

Bring the flags in each day and rest them gently on a flat surface – this is the secret to prolonging the life of sailflags

Do not display in rough weather conditions – this is when common damage is likely to happen

Allow the Sailflag to rotate within the base, or on the ground spike or fixing bracket – do not try to stop the pole system from moving freely

Don’t leave the flag material or stitching degrade – repairs are free of charge and will help prolong product life
Traditional Flags
Flags should be brought down each day and this will significantly improve product life

Do not fly flags in rough weather conditions – this is when common damage is likely to happen

Don’t leave the flag material or stitching degrade – repairs are free of charge and will help prolong product life
Roller Banners | Pullup Banners
Don’t let go of the banner as it’s spring loaded and will crease (if it does happen don’t panic as any creasing will eventually disappear)

Don’t allow children to play or stand on the base as this will likely damage the cartridge, fixing pole and banner

Store away in bag when not in use as this will prolong product life
